CONDITIONS

RESERVATION:
A payment of 20% will be made through the virtual gateway as an advance, it will be the only way to make a reservation effective. The day of entry, the total of the contracted stay will be paid. MINIMUM RESERVATION AGE 18 YEARS.

PAYMENT:
Payment is made directly at the establishment.
Check In: ​​17: 00H and Check Out: 12: 00H
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, you must inform the hotel in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is canceled with more than 15 days, the deposit is returned. If it is communicated less than 15 days in advance, the client will pay the first night of their stay. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the reservation will be charged in full.

We guarantee that each of the transactions made at Hotel Nafarrola is 100% secure. All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Hotel Nafarrola uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information that is transmitted to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card are not recorded in any database but go directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) has been incorporated into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are the holder of a secured card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

In the event that your card is not attached to this payment system, Hotel Nafarrola will only accept payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to clients with previously demonstrated seniority and reliability.

In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Hotel Nafarrola will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

NO PRESENTATION POLICY:
In case of no-show without having informed 15 days before, as indicated in the previous section, you must pay the total amount of the stay.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY:
Accommodation for children under 6 years is not allowed.
Children 6 years of age or older with 3 people in a double room must pay the extra price stipulated by the establishment. Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately upon arrival.

DAMAGE
If from the stay, the damage to the property, the common spaces or the exterior of the Hotel is derived, these must be replaced or, where appropriate, the amount that the owner deems appropriate for replacement or repair must be paid.
